These results are very early post-operative photo’s – the frozen look is probably due to alot of makeup to hide bruising and swelling.

Recently Heidi Montag underwent up to 10 procedures under the same anaesthetic, most surgeons agree that this is highly unusual for an attractive girl of 23 even accounting for Hollywoods culture of “bigger is better”
