Facial and Neck Liposuction in Sydney, Bella Vista, Double Bay and Wollongong

Sometimes no matter how close and how long you have been to your ideal weight range, we have stubborn deposits of fat. For some people this may be their tummy, buttocks or hips. In some people it just happens to be the neck or other facial region. Most commonly the sub-mental neck region can be a very stubborn place for fat to remove by diet and exercise alone.
If this is the case for you then you may want to consider facial or neck liposuction. This is a very quick, easy and minimally invasive way to get results fast. Dr Pincock reccomends being at or close to your ideal weight before considering this procedure. This is not the weight you were at in high school or the weight you would love to be, it is the weight you think you can healthily maintain long term.
Young patients benefit from skin elasticity which can give their neck an entire lift by re-draping the skin of the neck effectively across the whole neck. For patients that are older or with a heavy neck it can be combined with a number of “corset” techniques to redesign the neck to achieve a more youthful contour.
Operative time ranges from 30 minutes for simple sub-mental liposuction to 2 hours for a full neck lift with corset platysmoplasty.
Downtime is from as little as 3 days.

Deep Plane Facelift in Sydney

Sometimes the terms of facelift are difficult for the patient seeking a face-lift of other ageing face procedure to understand. Many poorly trained surgeons will advocate only one type of procedure as a cure all for all types of people. This just is simply not possible. There is no way for example a short scar face lift or MACS lift is going to be suitable for a very heavily jowled turkey neck type patient.
This is why it is important to see a specialist, I get a huge amount of calls from people seeking a price on a thread lift, S-lift, MACS lift without having seen anyone and when I actually see them often they either a) don’t need a surgical procedure or b) the procedure they thought they needed is not the correct one.
This is an example of a Deep Plane Facelift I did for a lady who had had significant weight loss and needed a true deep plane facelift with neck lift

This patient needed a deep plane facelift and this is her result only 6-8 weeks post surgery. Rowena Wallace Gets a Facelift By Dr Tobias Pincock

Recently a good friend of Rowena Wallace reached out to me and told me the predicament Rowena was in, having been a fan of her show when I was younger I was only to happy to help. Rowena was always an attractive woman with great bone structure but the stress of life had caught up with her with the inevitable ageing setting in. I first saw Rowena and she really did not want any surgery that was going to take too long to heal from so we opted for a minimalistic approach with an extremely short scar neck lift, upper and lower eyelift (blepharoplasty) and some dermal filler injections. Its hard to believe but Rowena had her injections the same day as the post-op photo’s. My new technique of injection is basically without swelling. Have a look at the photo’s for yourself.

Sydney Necklift (Neck Lift) surgeon, new technique

One of Dr Pincock’s areas of interest in ageing face surgery is the necklift. The neck lift is usually performed as part of the traditional facelift (face-lift) but can be performed on its own if someone has a sagging neck (turkey wattle neck) without lower facial jowling. One of the newer techniques from the USA is called the “corset platysmoplasty”, which was perfected by Feldman, a US based plastic surgeon. This technique is an excellent technique to improve a very saggy or fatty neck and Dr Pincock has brought this technique to Sydney and is achieving great results.
